The MeetingToll Chrome extension requires permission to access meeting platform websites (Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams) to detect and track meeting data. By installing the extension, you grant these permissions and acknowledge that meeting data will be collected and synced to your account.
We collect meeting-related data including meeting titles, duration, platform, attendee count, and calculated costs. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data collection, use, and protection.
You retain ownership of your meeting data. We do not claim ownership of any content you provide through the Service.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
API tokens are provided for Chrome extension authentication. You are responsible for keeping your API tokens secure. Do not share tokens with unauthorized parties. We may revoke tokens if we detect suspicious activity.
The Service, including its design, functionality, code, and content, is owned by MeetingToll and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without permission.
By sharing meeting reports or data publicly, you grant us a limited license to display and distribute that content as part of the Service's sharing features.
MeetingToll may offer both free and paid subscription plans. Pricing, features, and limitations will be clearly communicated before you subscribe.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay the stated fees. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.
While we strive for accuracy, meeting cost calculations and analytics are estimates based on user-provided data. We are not responsible for decisions made based on Service data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeetingToll shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party services or changes to their APIs.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using account deletion features. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked, and your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MeetingToll operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
